top three favourite movies
Suddenly feeling like posting about my favourite movies XD
It’s not that i’m a Japanese freak, but coincidentally, my top 3 favourite movies are all Japanese. I kept thinking why i’m so in love with these three, and i realize that the reason is that these three movies, in each different ways, remind us what “home” really means, and remind us that in the end, we’re human after all :)
I’m not going into the details, just see them for yourself and you’ll understand :)
1. Departures (Okuribito)
2. Always sunset on third street (Always san chome no yuhi)
3. Tekkon Kinkreet (you’ll get a super-detailed eye candy scenes as a bonus along the movie) :)

Achilles to kame (achilles and the tortoise)

The Coffee people
Dapat kesempatan kembali meramaikan Kopi Keliling 4, hore! :D
Kali ini saya mengambil insight dari orang-orang Jakarta yang suka ngupi-ngupi bukan hanya demi mendapatkan asupan kafein semata, tapi juga untuk mendapatkan asupan kepercayaan diri, dan biasanya mereka sengaja duduk dekat jendela agar "dilihat" oleh orang-orang di sekitarnya.
Jadilah insight tersebut saya tuangkan dalam seri yang terdiri dari 3 karya inih :D
Marker, akrilik dan pensil di atas kertas linen, dan frame impraboard bikinan sendiri, karena (salah saya sih sebenernya) terlalu mepet dan enggak ada tukang frame yang menyanggupi :(
(Sekalian dong kalo boleh nanya, ada yang tau gak tempat bikin frame custom ato tukang kayu yang jago dimana yah?) :D
Terimakasih Raymond Malvin yang enggak kapok mengajak saya dalam project ini. Senang sekali dapat kesempatan pameran lagi bersama teman-teman seniman yang luarbiasa berbakat *duh gak bisa dateng pas opening...sedih...pengen liat yang lain-lain :(*
Tidak lupa terimakasih berjuta-juta kali buat Ryno Bengawan, yang baru saja memulai 30-days-drawing-challenge nya :D
Dan makasih juga buat Ario Anindito, yang karya "Coffee is passion" nya saya masukin dengan semena-mena di salah satu seri di bawah ini XD Untung si Ario teh berhati emas jadi mengijinkan...hihihi :D
